3. Intellectual Property Rights

The use of the Hockey Fantasy Rink! name and any related trademarks or marks, including the platform, services, and software, is strictly prohibited without the company's express permission. The platform, services, software, and their code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization are proprietary assets of the company, and the company holds all rights to the Hockey Fantasy Rink! website, games, software, code, copies, modifications, or integrated parts.
